The 201 is a lot more specific: IMPORTANT: Please read notes 5 and 6 BEFORE completion.
(A) Do you suffer from any relevant medical conditions?
and the note says: 5. Personal health and medical declaration. You must disclose any physical or mental health condition that may affect your ability to safely possess and use a firearm
Whereas 202 states: 9. Do you suffer from any medical conditions? with no reference to the notes.
Why the difference?
This is precisely the point of my question.
Thanks for your contributions. I'm going with "No" on the basis of the guidance supplied for Form 201.

It asks if you SUFFER from.... I'm sure it is quite possible to have a medical condition that is "low-level", that you receive NO treatment for and that has virtually no impact upon your daily life..... and most importantly has NO bearing upon your suitability to own firearms.

scrap that idea just downloaded merseyside's variation and it only asks of there has been any changes in circumstances.
Much more sensible - however it is another case of a Police Force "doing their own thing". I understood that when the changes to the forms were brought out, including a single FAC/SGC form, that ALL police forces would use the SAME form and not a local variation.

West Mercia also only asks if there has been any change in circumstances, same with criminal convictions, there's just a yes/no tickbox and only ask for more details if ticked yes.
