The trouble is with swill such as this, because a "national body" has commissioned it, there are some, and there are more than one or two in my club, that will latch on to this in order to cause issue with those of us using dedicated load data in our full bore rifles, at gallery distances.
The paper needs to be reviewed by someone with credibility and shown for what it is. That review needs to be published and the associations connected with it be informed...
Who though could review......?....
