That picture was taken when I first bought my reloading gear, it doesn't look like that anymore!

hard to get a pic without it spaking out. you can't see the actual bench, but its crowded :) may try another pic tomorrow.
it's even more hectic than normal as the rest of the house is nice and tidy as i'm selling, so this room got even worse lol

Well, she has finally come round and I will move my kit into the spare room. The only stipulation...my new bench has to be white, to go with the rest of the furniture kukkuk

Here is the rub, do you have to keep it white and visible as such so as to continually match?

Maybe I can get away with just covering it all with a white dust-sheet when not in use!

Hmmm? Sounds like a cunning female trap. Best to get further clarrification on whether gloss, semi gloss, matte etc and what shade of white is required. Dulux (for instance) list:

White Cotton
Daffodil White
Blueberry White
Jade White
Chalky White 4
White Mist
Jasmine White
Chiffon White 2
Vanilla White
Pure Brilliant White
Chiffon White 3
Nutmeg White
Chalky White 1
White Chiffon
Apple White
Violet White
Blossom White
Almond White
Ultra White
Cornflower White
Barley White
Chalky White 3
White Handkerchief
Apricot White
Cool White
Orchid White
Chiffon White 1

White apparently is not a colour in itself. kukkuk lol

Colour squares? Bugger that for a game of soldiers!

Told the wife early on it was a waste of time trying to engage me in decorating.

KISS I told her, matt magnolia emulsion, OK satin if you are feeling a bit risqué, everlasting variation as no two tins of magnolia are ever the same shade, that along with white gloss for the woodwork. Does the job just fine.

Simple!

After 3 coats of white gloss on the workbench, I FINALLY get to move my kit into the spare room. shakeshout
