Considering the vast majority of people don't even know you can even own guns in the UK, and shooters squirrel themselves away from the public, the concept of public perception being the main reason to ban them is a load of rubbish!

Here we go again ! So it's ok for the police / government to own ar-15s because they they so much trustworthy then cilvilans! C@@@

He was asked his opinion in the mail about the mets selection of the sig 516 he praised the police for selection ideal weapon.

What does it matter what the rifle looks like or how many rounds it takes ? If one is deemed trustworthy to own firearms

In light of recent events they should be allowing law-abiding licensed firearms owners to have semi-auto rifles, including allowing us here in the UK to own them.
