It's no tack driver, but that's as much my fault as its. Fine at 25yrds (inchish) and begins to open up at 50. Not tried it beyond that. I reload, 5.1gr of Unique behind 190gr lead semi wad cutter. I shoot it because it's fun and makes me grin, not for scores.

Hi bnz41.if c&g don't have one then I'll contact that one.the delisle may not be very practical but it has a certain appeal I can't shift

2" or so at about 50m. 4" or so if just pinking
Tbh haven't shot it in awhile and i haven't loaded it for accuracy. Just fun.

The barrel is ported from about 7" though

Don't blame you for having a De Lisle itch that just needs scratching :D

I'd love one too, but, I'd also love a straight pull M1 Carbine aaarggh (which I would probably get more use out of as well)

Unfortunately they are in short supply so those of us with them have the power when selling i suppose. I wouldn't part with mine lightly

Used a Walter Gun Co one a few years back.
Terrible accuracy at 25m.....groups in feet not inches.

Ended up with a WelGun instead.

A firm in the USA was making them too, but stopped. They were a lot more functional, as they used the design as inspiration rather than being 100% nuts & bolt copies: it was a good design for the time but not perfect & technology has moved on.
Quite fancy making one eventually, using a No.4 donor receiver.
The one I'm interested in replicating is the Para model with Patchett (Sterling) folding stock & pistol grip.
Mmm, nice....
