Up against my Grendel, you'd still lose

I didn't say I'd win either, just I'd be interested
Incidentally at Sennybridge F range the other month I was shooting my AKM with ironsights next to a guy with a scoped AR type rifle and shot-for-shot pretty much matched him out to around 450m, so much so that he asked if he could have a go of the AKM and he was so impressed he decided he was going to buy one himself.

Dude, I'm just winding you up mate. Hey if your happy with your commie rejects then more power to you old son. I've had a few AK varients in my time and I'm talking of the days before any silly bans and treaties and stuff. They were fun to shoot but they just weren't for me. I transferred one of them to son # 2 and gave him the other one. Both Soviet era from the IzhMash plant, one of them is a avtomat Kalashnikova skladnoy AKS (yes you read that right, full auto) with the folding stock. Worth a fair bit of money now so I'm told.

To be honest I don't know. I never took much interest in AK's.
