Try using Google instead of acting like the helpless old man. I knew what SPTA is and a quick Google told me what the other two are.

I thought that all clubs that used MOD ranges have all ways had a (RASP) range action safety plan available I know my main club certainly have and we also have trained safety officers first aiders and a action plan in case of injuries. Most of this information is given in the compulsory range brief before each shoot by the in charge Range conducting officer along with contact telephone numbers if need be. The start and finish shooting time is agreed before we arrive with the booking office.
