Hi Peter,
Acknowledgement is "say it came from me" effectively. Re the "payment", if you read my spiel it mentions a donation and when I put the applet up it will be the same but half will be donated to the NZ Under 25 team. I am treating it as a kind of like "shareware".
Feel free to volunteer to be the UK "collector" if others look like they are keen to contribute to a worthy cause. I am sure we can come to a mutual arrangement. :-)
