Don't agree with this one. If you're trying to start a business, you might not be able to just jump in full time from the beginning.
+1 I know a lot of RFD's that do it on the side to there main business. They just don't get enough trade to justify it full time (at least initially).

I am sure there a few part time dealers that aren't registered - a bit like their being here and the guns the sell.

Not allowing part timer legit dealers to register is wrong.
