15a Do you suffer from any medical condition or disability including alcohol and drug-related conditions? If Yes give details.
15b Have you now, or have you ever had epilepsy? If Yes give details.
15c Have you ever attended your present or a previous General Practitioner (GP) for treatment for depression or any other kind of mental or nervous disorder? If Yes give details.
15a will encompass anything and everything current including high cholesterol, we have a reasonable number of shooters over the age of 50 on this forum and I suspect a reasonable number will be on meds for something even though they consider it innocuous. It is certainly something to consider at the next variation.

How far do you go? Cold, flu, bronchitis, lower back pain, high cholesterol, elevated blood pressure, athletes foot, bunions ... All are medical conditions. I suffer with back pain, cholesterol, blood pressure and a few allergies - I take one or two painkillers/relaxants every 4 to 8 weeks and anti-histamines when required. Should I declare them? And why should I? Especially when we have seen how one police force abuses and looses data about certificate holders.

Hmmmm.....think I'll have to give some thought to mentioning my high blood pressure on my next renewal then.
Really don't like the way ALL medical conditions have to be declared; been 4 years since I last filled in the forms and I couldn't remember
15a Do you suffer from any medical condition or disability including alcohol and drug-related conditions? If Yes give details.
I do remember

as I had had 4 months off work with stress. Gwent Police dealt with it very well, quick visit to the doctor, form signed by GP and returned to FLO. Renewal issued...
Anyway, zzr1100 good luck tomorrow, I'm sure you'll sail through the visit and all will be ok.

I would not class stress as a mental disorder unless that has triggered depression.

Polchraine, I more or less agree with you about stress not being mental disorder.
I think bursting into tears when the Doctor asks 'how are you doing?' possibly qualifies as a nervous disorder though!
All good now though razz
