I also use the 45.5gr N560 load with cheapo(ish) ppu bullets for plinking and they work fine (up to 300yds anyway).
Also tried some SMK 123grain as they were available on a particluar shoping trip. Have got some chrono data if anyone interested.

Good data is good and it is always good practice as discussed here before to state the published tested source for your data as opposed to an internet "my best load" source. That will help any readers to place a worth on the "data" in relation to their uses.

I would also suggest that people read the "Looking for Pressure Sign" and "Good Reloading Practice" stickies when looking for a load as they contain some basic principles for load development.

My go to load for all my Swedes is 43.5 gns Vihtavuori N160 under the 139 Scenar bullet with a COAL of 3.125" velocity at muzzle 2500 fps. This was developed from the then current Vihtavuori published data, for all the long Swedes including the CG63, the M38 but not the M94 the accuracy powder range has been 43.5-44.5 gns VV N160.

I have checked my current stock of 6.5x55 bullets I thought I had some 120g but it seems not I must of used them all.
I have got some Sellior and Belliot 140grain full metal jacket boat tails and some PPU full metal jacket boat tails in 139grains.
I also have some Lapau 139 grain but you all ready have those.
If you pm me your address I will send you a sample of the PPU and Sellior and Belliot jobbies.

Do post you chrono data...I'm sure it'll be of interest to others too...
Unfortunately I don't have a chrono, and even if I did it could be difficult to use one due to venues and the way details are organised with my club shoots - It's a problem really, as I'm trying to fix something without the right tools...

Ok, here is the data I have for 123gr SMK 1727 with 47gr N560. Lapua Brass CCI 200 primers. Brass necksized, no expander.
Values in f/s
V1 2826
V2 2829
V3 2798
V4 2770
V5 2819
V6 2821
V7 2797
V8 2791
V9 2792
Average 2805
SD Based on above sample) 19.91
No pressure signs whatsoever. Sorry, no grouping data either - new K31 was the toy of the day!...
Recoil noticeably lighter cf 139gr bullets as above post.
Interestingly, Lapua estimate a MV of 2759 with 46.8gr of N560 and their 123gr Scenar.
There's no point worrying about "how far from the lands" with the Swedes - the bullet will be out of the case before it gets near! The military stuff was round nose originally (160gr I think).
I will be doing some more "serious" testing next month - will post data as soon as I have it analysed.
