Not at Barton Road, we shoot at 4x4 target frames regardless of distance to keep things interesting.

I shoot out to 1200 yards usually with a 12x or 16x 'scope.
When I was shooting Dirtbags rifle it was with the as issue Mauser sights and 1950's milsurp and that was the bit that impressed me so much. I had been shooting with the Accuracy International and all was good, I moved onto the Mauser and the frame was dropped after each shot, after 3-4 shots the butts radioed up to say I was slightly high of the frame but good for windage and could I correct accordingly.
That was at 1000m - A bloody good rifle I would say tongueout
