Smooth bore flint lock muskets, as they are easist to make and make powder and shot for at home.
Guns not in military hands will be fully baned in the next 20 years if the UN and liberals are not banned and jailed long before then.
Yup, annoying, I reckon you're right, mate. sign01
I doubt they'd even let us have muskets.

Consistency will be the driver of future firearms innovation. Barrels bored with advanced laser-cutting techniques to within 1/10,000th of an inch. Bullets made to the same precision. Advanced mass-production techniques for primers and propellants that allow greater flame temperature consistency and gas liberation per powder charge, translating into ever-more consistent ammunition that results in shrinking targetry.
New scopes will be developed for the mass market which automatically compensate for distance, wind and other weather conditions and will work with all commercially available cartridges. Similar to a car's engine management system, if you want to program it to work with your wildcat round, you just plug it into a computer and feed it the relevant data. All you'll need to do on the range or in the field is tell it what barrel length and what cartridge you're shooting - the scope will automatically sense the rest and adjust itself accordingly.
