Hi guys,
I picked my new Sig up yesterday and went straight to the club as soon as it opened to give it a try.
I put about 150 rounds through it last night, with no ftf or fte, the only issue I had was with a few light strikes. Mike did say I should expect a few of these until the pistol had bedded in.
I can't really comment on accuracy, basically because I'm not a very good pistol shot! I got the same sort of groups that I do with my Taurus .44MAG.
In summary, I'm over the moon with the pistol and am glad I decided on it. I don't mind paying the extra over other choices as the pistol fits me far better than anything else I've looked at.

Those light strikes might the pistol not returning fully to battery, did you try pulling the trigger again?

Yes I did, and it fired the second time.
As I say, Mike told me it was something I should expect to happen while the pistol was bedding in.

Yeah, Make sure you're not using waxy ammo, a few boxes of minimag will loosen anything upmjoseph wrote:Yes I did, and it fired the second time.

What ammo did mike recommend? Did he say to avoid high velocity?

I don't have any to post at the moment, but I think I'll be paying a visit to the range again tonight, so I'll see if I can get someone to get some video footage, it won't be until late tonight though.
I'd be interested to know your thoughts after you've shot it yourself. I'm conscious of the fact that I'm an inexperienced pistol shooter, so while I'm over the moon with it, someone with more experience than myself may have a different opinion.
