In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

how would that be different from any instance where the police arrive before paramedics?

Thank you for your scientific and eloquent clarification Sim. Good to know they can administer first aid in an emergency.

Maybe instead of tazers / body armour etc you'll get issued with these?
