Of course, but I try to stay away from them, I keep buying more because of the giveaway price. I just can't help it. They are the perfect shtf rifle. :)

I have two of these Chinese ones I have had them about 5 years, I bought two because they were just $75 each. I have not shot either of them, but they are apparently as good as the Russians. SKS rifles are everywhere over here that's why nobody wants them.

If a rifle had a gas system it was very likely section 5 and as they say, once section 5 always section 5. Unless you're a registered firearms dealers (RFD) then we're only licensed for section 1. So unfortunately not.

That's a pitty.

I recommend relocating, best thing I ever did. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner.

There are exceptions to that, if an RFD takes lots of section 5 rifles and removes full-auto sears, ported barrels and gas pistons/parts, jumbles them up in parts bins and reassembles them as "new" rifles, then technically we could have them as a straight pull. This is happening with certain RFD's and rifles, but it's not common place. Most RFD's still fear getting caught out with once S5 always S5.
