42 here ... beard going grey and don't care
Got quite a few under-30's at Wakefield club since the new website went up about three years ago. Definately seen the average membership age come down in the last few years.
Wakey is a fairly progressive club though with precision, small bore and pistol calibre, airgun and black powder shooting so there's plenty to go at. Keeps the new / probationary members interested.

I think there are plenty of shooters my age (39) and younger.....the problem is it isn't real!!!!!
I have always been into reality though from building race cars to shooting as a kid in the cadets and back into it now
What is funny is that at school the teachers used to take pupils to wakey club to shoot pistols.........I on the other hand was live firing slrs, brens, 303's and having the ta open up in my face with a blank firing gpmg!
Beats call of duty I can tell you
I hope that still happens in a weird way :-(

Does appear to me less youngsters getting in to it. More cadet schemes in schools needed.

My birth certificate reminds me that I will be 42 in June.
My body keeps telling me I must be much, much older than that.
My brain keeps telling me I'm still 6.
sign01
I'm going to go with what my brain is saying :55:

Mick, I was drinking coffee with two 'older' ladies one morning and complained about my general aches and pains and they both replied wait until you get to 50.... They were so right, everything starts to go pear shaped from 50 onwards.

Voted - age 36
I'd say that I'm in the younger age range of members at NTSC in Northampton. I do remember when I stated at the tender age of 14 in Manchester the next youngest person was in their mid twenties and majority over 40, so nothing seems to have changed much
