when you are more relaxed you shoot better
This sex thing, do you have to involve someone else?

My first sex experience was like Billy Connollys. Very frightenening, well, I was on my own and in the dark!

Best excercise for shooting? For me the regular and repeated lifting with the right arm, of about a kilo of liquid in an open topped container.

Otherwise, keep as generally fit as you are able and practice shooting.

Gentle and regular 'losening up' excercise does it for me but then, I haven't won much in the last fifteen years.

I tend to start with about one and a quarter pounds of liquid, gradually reducing the weight to zero before restarting!

Hmm lots of good tips there..I find forgetting stuff and having to run back to the car or back to the house a good way of improving memory skills.

How about:

# Buy plastic guns, they weigh less,
# Shoot .22LR..also weighs less

Beware of specific physical exercises as its usually based on developing dynamic muscle strength. For most shooting you generally need static endurance. So do general fitness for general good health & aerobic capacity but holding a weight in a set position for say 10 seconds at a time will generate the muscular ability to hold a gun steady.

.............So jog t pub then hold a pint on aim for 10 secs before......... ;-)
