Considering a pike would between 10-25 ft in length - even with a full length rifle, that's a bit of stretch! :lol:

Barrel is short ish, some 23.6 inches me thinks. Looks good.

Carbines are not that good at long distance...they normally give up around the 500-600 meters. Actually one has to work hard to get accuracy out of them at that distance...more fair to say 300m :)

And the problem with that is...?
I don't shoot past 600m so it isn't a problem for me. Anyway, I like the handiness of a carbine (all my rifles bar one are carbines

) and at short range you hit the target with the bullet, muzzle blast and flash! clapclap
