Looking through my old data this morning and checking it through QL, Nobel Pistol No2 seems to be around the Hercules Blue Dot, Hodgdon HS7, Viht N105 burning rate in this calibre.
My previous work with this powder in this calibre indicates a best load of 5.7gns with the RCBS Cadet boolit in a Westley Richards Francotte actioned rifle I was using at the time, I did comment in my notes that is was "pokey"!
Unfortunately no chronographs readily available in those days.

Droomie, be nice and just set the camera to a suitable size, I can't be fecked scrolling or zooming, even if I knew what and where to find a zoom button on my browser.

Tell you what Joe and or Dave. Next time I've got photo's for a post I'll send them to you for resizing and then when you send them back in a size that meets your requirements I'll do the post.
Deal?

Adam you can do it on the camera before you take the picture I set my picture size on the camera before taking pics to the same size that the forum accepts. Then I take the pics save them on to the PUTER in my pictures from there I can move them or post them on a forum.
Joe hold the control key down on your key board whilst using the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in or out.

I know Dave but I use my photos for other purposes than here and I need the high resolution quality for that. Shrinking them down to the poor quality size that this board seems to need means that they are of no use for my other purposes and I'm not prepared to take two sets of photos or to put the time in to resize them. They are what they are for my needs which comes before photo posts here, so size them down, zoom them down or don't read my posts with photos in them if that is too much bother for you.

Getting a bit excited there Adam I have no problem resizing any bodies pictures on any of the forums I can do it in a instant.
Thats because I am computer literate but some of the other guys arent they soon get bored with a post when they have to keep scrolling back wards and forwards and up and down to make any sense of the pictures.
But you are correct it is your post and you can do what you like with it and I am free to read it and choose to look at the pictures or not.
Shame because it was quite interesting.

Exactly and everyone has to place their own value on what they see and read and decide how much effort they want to put in. Jeez its a thread about guns and handloading and half of it is about computers and cameras.
Bugger this I'm going to have a leisurely time handloading some 7mm Mauser with an Ideal tong tool and there will be no post or photos so people needn't worry they won't have to get areated, scrolling, zooming or standing on their heads to see the pictures. Obviously my reason for the photo size carries no merit so I've learned the lesson no more photos posted.
Have a nice day you all.
