One of them being how the £2.5M funding shooting did get was spent. Especially if Peter was funding most of his training from other sources!

Depends what you mean by minority sport really, as there are a hell of a lot more people that shoot than actually take part in athletics!

Gaz. the term minority sport was stated by the tv reporter not me and I think that he was referring also to the number of spectators in relation to say athletics in a main stadium. I quite agree that more people shoot than practice athletics every weekend, so no argument there sunshine!

The Beeb coverage should be better, but I thought they covered it pretty well (compared to previous games) and the interview was great. As he's from down here, the coverage on 'South Today' has been very good, in fact it's been one of there feature stories for the last two nights - I just watched it.....they reported how the post box in his local village has been painted gold ( ), and that the Royal Mail are making a stamp in his honour.....wonders will never cease!
