Sorry I see it shoots well. It will respond to quality ammunition.
I think the stickers should go. looks like there has been some removed already, they look like after market go fast stripes. No doubt their application would have had some meaning to the owner at the time.

I would leave the stickers if they are old, if they look new hoof them off.
