I will try to get pictures of the barrel/receiver this weekend

I have thought about adding dummy cartridges to the magazine to make it look full, it would be simple to do.

I do have a full-auto Fusil Mitrailleur Modèle 1915 CSRG (Chauchat) that runs like a champ with no jams, it is just as reliable as this SKSCRSG :grin:

See you are having a bit of an identity crisis there ... nah, just preparing for WWI East Front battle reeactments, I was invited to go to Poland in 2014 for the 100th Anniv. of Tannenberg Battle reenactment, not sure if I can go or not yet.

The book is on DELAY, I need to get back to France to the archives for some more research and it probably not happen till 2014 when I go there for the 100th Anniv. of the Battle of the Marne wearing my dark blue overcoat and red trousers :)
