So... when does it start? :shakeshout:
It's an idea at the moment, along with one or two others floating around my noggin. Having a national publication would be nice, but what would that cater for that Target Sports and the NRA Journal don't?
Both do not have any regional stuff as such. Competition dates, venues and results.
Then of course we have the new NRA Journal which is full of glossy adverts and not much else. Maybe pick up from where the old NRA Journey stopped?
Features on UK based outlets, riflemakers and RFDs. With that of course I mean UK manufactured shooting related products, not UK sellers selling US products.

...ya mean some folk knock out USA sourced goods (possibly a high %age of which are made in China), instead of making the same or better quality items in the UK & therefore making the UK manufacturing base stronger?

Perish the thought - it'll never happen ;)

Oops = where HAVE I been for the last 25 years....

After a few PMs the idea's evolved somewhat. A regional publication as in, concentrating on anything shooting related and not just Bisley, bit similar to the range reports section on here. Trouble is, I don't have the time to go visiting ranges around the UK and expecting regular writeups from people who are already busy is a bit ambitious...
