I hate that phrase, it is stupid..no offence intended..and trotted out by assholses in court and in police uniform. What "law" does that phrase relate to..anyone??you don't take the law into your own hands
FACT: We all take the law "into our own hands" every day. The police most certainly do, just look at how they have raped and pillaged the teror laws and applied them way beyong what they were meant to do. We do it when we choose to obey or not speed linits etc.....

Come on , who's fault was it he got caught.....maybe if a few opportunist thieves were maimed or killed the message that crime might not pay would start to sink in. IMO the law protects criminals with idiots things like reasonable force....when is reasonable force applied to the assailant/criminal? Do they ever use "he mugged the old guy with "reasonable force"??
