Easy one that, the little gadgety things that replaced the turret covers on my scope. Changes them from impossible to read (as in knowing what elevation is on a couple of weeks after last use) to knowing exactly what is on and being able to move distances and adjust elevation and wind and know the first shot is going to be on target and near the middle.

Didn't cost me anything as I know the guy that developed them and he asked me to test them for him :D

Here they are. Both wind and elevation set to 0 but wind goes up to about 50 and wind goes about 20minutes in each direction.

Correct. Also if your elevation settings are different for various loads - not a problem. I really love them.

My best shooting acquisition this year was one BSA Mk3 22 RF and three BSA 12/15 22 RF Rifles.

My local RAF Cadet Unit were instructed to destroy them :?: And as it breaks my heart to hear of any Firearm being scrapped, I managed to transfer them to my Club licence instead and the Cadets were quite happy with a donation to their funds. :D They still have a number of Enfield No8 Rimfire Rifles, hope they don't scrap them, I did tell them what they were worth on the open market just in case.

Similar to these....

But my most usefull acquisition of all time has to be this.....

It's a cleaning brush from a SLR Kit, I've been using it for 45 odd years and it won't wear out. :D
