I use N140 with 69gn SMK's. It's my combination of choice. With 53gn bullets, however, I use Benchmark.

I understand your desire to use one powder for all, but, just a thought, as this is Jolly Ol' Blighty and regularly we seem to suffer from one shortage or another, I like to have at least two different loads with different components that give decent performance. That way, should something, powder or bullet, become short for a little while, I'm not trawling gunshops looking for the stuff I have to have.....!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?
