Re: Reloading .303
I think you need to check your bullit diameter.
Re: Reloading .303
Cheers for the replies, guys.
When I first started I made sure I met up with a mate who had been reloading for years, and years. He helped me set up everything and ran me through the process. So I think I technique is ok - but you're probably right - it might be the bullets.
Think I'll get me some other brand then S&B

Re: Reloading .303
Offer of assistance here if required, plus if you want to try a different bullet make send me a pm with address and I will pop a few in the post..
Re: Reloading .303
Before you do any thing you need to mike your bullits and make sure they are all .311
Re: Reloading .303
Hi Tower - Do you clean the inside of the necks before or after you de-cap them?...I do mine quite vigorously, and found that doing it after de-capping (so also sizing) gave me a 'slacker' neck tension - It's obvious really, but when I first started .303 this year I loaded several batches before I realised the error.. :)

I clean them all up before I do any resizing or deprimming. I've asked for new bullets for Christmas, so I'll try them

Re: Reloading .303
Did you Mike your bullits to check that they are .311.
