I need to calculate the dimensions for a 12 slot external Geneva drive with a wheel 150mm diameter and then mark out a lump of aluminium for machining, and then set it all up on a rotary table on a mill to do the job.

If you post the dimensions etc exactly what you want I may be able to get the calcs done for you.
Calcs are easy if you have a Engineering drawing I have a office full of the best Engineers in the UK who will do the sums in there coffee break.

So what are you guys up to with the 'pin gauge' thing (saw you were looking for digital tyre gauges) :-P - is this to do with measuring the depth of a pin strike on a primer? (if so I have some questions...)
