Sam, I sincerely don’t wish to appear rude, but how does that work? There are various levels of blindness. Below a certain level of sight you are registered blind even if you can still see some things. My guess would be he can still pick out a black circle on a white background even if the image quality is poor. I am registered deaf but still communicate with people perfectly well. Don’t get me wrong, I wish your lad every success, but when sight is such an integral part of the sport…
