I am a member of 4 clubs and none have offered a refund and nor would I expect them to do so. I will however be cutting back to two clubs next year and will restrict my long distance stuff to overland and will spend the membership outlay saved on syndicate shooting.

I'm the secretary of a small club at Bisley, and we've managed to get in about 60% of our shoots, but to keep within the covid rules have been using electronic rather than manually marked targets. That has cost more, so we've not made any savings to pass on. But marking is not popular, and the electronic targets are likely to become our usual choice from now, hence prices going up a bit.

Both of the other clubs I usually shoot with are running as normal, so no savings there either, even though I can't shoot at the moment as we are shielding our CEV eldest daughter.

Just curious, what does it cost to be a member of an UK shooting club?
Yearly rates, daily range fee's etc?
Our range here, 36.00 dollars a year, covers everything, unlimited, open 6 days a week, all year round.
Anyone/guest that just shows up to shoot for the odd one day/session, 4 dollars.
I'm in the US.

Our Club (outdoor range) is £130 a year, no daily fees, open 7 days a week, Club and NRA qualified RO's have keys to the range.
We own the land that the main range (50yd airgun, 25 and 50 yd centerfire) is on, and we rent the adjacent field for Archery, Clays and Practical.
