Imperial sizing wax. Have sized 5k rounds using the lube from 38spl up to 8mm Mauser and haven't got a single case stuck.
I've tried the RCBS silicon lube on lube pad but found it very messy and inefficient. Also tried Lee lube which is a paste that comes in a tube and didn't find it that good either. I have stuck some cases using both of these lubes and so went into the bin.
Remember to lightly lube the inside of the necks, that way the button on the full length sizer can slide through the case neck when lowering the ram.

For the necks I use powdered graphite, I have it in a small plastic tub and it is mixed in with No.3 shot. The graphite coated shot distributes the graphite around the inside of the case neck and the expander slides through very smoothly.
Powdered graphite is actually used as a lubricant on full size industrial presses.

Each to his own I suppose, I have always used Lee resizing lube across 17 calibres and have never had a problem.

I would take a guess that the cases and some sizing wax go in the bag and then the bagged cases/wax are agitated to distribute the wax around the cases.........
