Okay, fair enough, but what's the issue really? If the law says you must have authority to purchase and possess then surely that's the end of the matter?

Hopefully not Adrian Whiting (ACPO) made a recommendation to the HACS committee (re: Cumbria incident) that expanding ammo go back to being S1 rather than S5 Anyone know when the debate is supposed to be starting on firearms control??
