What to look for in a Lee Enfield No4.
The last Le Enfield No4 I purchased cost me £150 I am still shooting it.
To be honest my favorite .303 is the P14.
I keep an open slot on my certificate in the hope the perfect P14 will turn up and I might finally a quire it. I have had several over the years my first one cost me £125 and it was a cracker.
Like a fool I sold it to raise money for another purchase to a local gun dealer. In the meantime I have bought several other P14 variants that have turned out to be dogs
I am still looking its on my bucket list. I have a brand new in the box Parker hale rear aperture/peep sight never been fitted waiting for a good home.
(Actually on checking I have two and I also have two sets in the box of brand new Parker hale sights for the No4 that have never been fitted to a rifle) (They are not for sale.)
If you should know of such a beast point me in the right direction.( A P14)
