What I have found when ordering from NOE is the item is delivered to your local Royal Mail Depot you receive a card through the door to collect your item. When you turn up to collect your mold they present you with a bill for the duty. One of the molds I ordered took months to clear customs and I mean months. I thought it had gone missing. Having said that the quality of there molds is excellent. I have several of there molds now and they are spot on. If I am looking for a mold NOE is my first port of call.

Hollow pointing/basing of bullets to improve accuracy goes back to the Snider Minies.

Judicious hollow pointing/hollow basing can get the relationship 'tween CG and CP correct which is crucial for accuracy.

It has pins for flat-nose and shallower HP. Since the rifle is conditioned for deer (and AOLQ), it seemed like a good option. I may use the bullet in 300Blackout and/or .308Win but it will require sequential sizing (probably too much!)

The mold has broken in easily but I'm getting some finning around the lip of the hollow-point.

CG = Centre of gravity
CP = Centre of pressure

HP = Hollow Point
AOLQ = Any Other Lawful Quarry

Deer legal cast boolit is an oxymoron I fear!
They work well and you 'can eat up to the hole' but they don't meet UK regulations!
