ruger or howa or ?????in 6.5creed

I have an AI AE in 308 and a Ruger Precision mk1 in 6.5CM

They are as different as chalk and cheese.

The AI is a very 'dead' rifle. Its not at all lively to shoot. (maybe due to the all up weight with moddy, scope and bipod) but it is very easy to shoot well.

The Ruger is far more lively. Its still a very accurate gun and the felt recoil is very much lower ( less weight??)

Given the choice of one or the other as a newish buy. I probably would go for the 6.5 round but in an AI.

Have you looked at 6.4x47 ??
