I'm still looking for the mold handles for the Lyman mold. I'm also looking for the sizing dies and top punches for the lube sizer.

Top punch - make from a turned down bolt with a flat end

I found the mold handles they were attached to a NOE mold for the 7.62x39. I have been looking for this mold for ages. So I found the handles but I have lost the Lyman mold. It can not be far away I had it in my hands two days ago. Old age is pap.

I remembered were I put the mold. I put it in a box with the lee bullets I cast yesterday or was it the day before. I then put them away for safe keeping. If I can remember were I put them for safe keeping I will be fine.

I remembered were I put them for safe keeping after turning the House up side down. The Lyman mold needed running a bit hotter than the Lee mold the first lot of bullets went back into the melt but once I got under way everything went OK. The lyman mold is dropping at an average of .3598 so I am happy with that. I will probably lube and size them to .359. I seem to have lost the money bag I keep my sizing dies and top punches in. So I need to hunt that down. I have some Lee push through sizing dies I will have to check what size they are. I found an old bottle of Lee alox in the loft. I warmed it up and cut it with white spirit. I then tumble lubed the Lee bullets.
They are resting over night on grease proof paper. Once I have sized and lubed the Lyman bullets its off to the reloading bench.
Well my computer desk actually I will be using the Wamadet press and an Arbor press to actually load the ammunition.
But all will be revealed as the saying goes.

Problem: The Lee reloader neck die that I was going to use as a custom seater with the arbor press wont accept bullets over .358. if I use that it will reduce the bullet size to .358. I want to be able to choose the bullet size I use. So I may have to use a conventional seater die or modify the Lee one or make another one. I will worry about that to morrow. I still have not found the sizing dies.

It is a good job we haven't met, your woes in locating stuff sound like Mrs Hrun, but she has assets you don't ;-)

I can't imagine living like you are, and we would end up coming to blows :-D

Old age is not for the faint hearted. I have that much stuff I have collected over the years and its just every were. My memory is terrible.
