As you want it for target shooting, I suggest you look at the barrel twist rates and avoid anything with a 1:10 or slower twist. Ideally 1:8 to stabilise 70gr bullets.
Several of my club members have gone for the Howa in the GRS Beserker stock with no complaints!

different things all together , the quad is an abomination ! to think they discontinued the finnfire for it !
I can assure you that you wouldn't be disappointed with a 75 , and if you can find one with a factory 1-8 your sorted !
