N320 would be a good choice too.
Always meters well.
It can be had in 2kg tubs as well and I think Hannams had some on offer a while back.
At least with Viht there always seems to be a regular supply.
I see your home club is the NRA.
If you do get to Bisley the NRA stock Lovex powders as does Andy Allwood in Bracknell.

Concur with the above regarding N320 for all the reasons stated.

Due to the intermittent supply problem with US powders I converted all my loads to Vihtavuori powders over 15 years ago and have never looked back. All the loads developed, there were dozens of them, were equal to or better than the powders I had been using.

For downloaded* .357 loads I have used:
Alliant Red Dot
Alliant Bullseye
Lovex D032
Ramshot True Blue

All give acceptable results when shooting a 158gr lead truncated cone. I found that Ramshot True Blue was the best of the above. As others have stated you may want to check Viht N320 but also look at the Reload Swiss RS12, this seems to have a similar burn off velocity compared to D032, N320 and Red Dot powders so should work well.

There's that 'DOWNLOADED' term again. Perhaps the term 'Reduced Velocity' loads would avoid so much confusion.

Check my post above for Reload Swiss. There's a chart for relative burn off velocity. That's not to say x.xgr of Powder 1 can be used in Powder 2, it just gives indication of suitability of powders.

You're absolutely correct, hence the edit of my post to reflect that

Most if not all of the powder manufacturers do relative burn rate charts.

I use this one a lot as it concurs closely with my findings on burn rates.

Loads for powders in the same bands aren't interchangeable and need to be worked up from the manufacturers data but they do give an indication of other powder suitability for what is currently working for you.

I gave up on powder labels years ago and use burn rates for powder suitability, so long as it is in the same burn rate area then it will do for me regardless of the manufacturers name on the container.

I use what ever I can get my hands on as long as the burn rates are similar. I mostly use Vitavouri powders but I also have Ramshot and Hodgdon powders on my shelf. I have Unique and 2400 as well as Vit N320 for reduced loads. I have also used bullseye in the past.
