Sorry, I don't care who's cat it is the can is staying sealed as I know what's in it and I have no reason to doubt my friend as to what is in it as he knows more about Russian firearms and ammunition than I do

You mentioned 1977 didn't you ? ... Assuming she was 18 at the time, I'd say it is still trade able
