Recoil???.....from x39?, no it was the worst in terms of accuracy.Not by a large amount but worse nevertheless, particularly in 54r.
So what kind of accuracy are you talking about.

Just curious I don't use milsurps ammo of any kind in any of my toys. I choose to reload for my 7.62x39 and 7.62x54R I would never use military stuff in any of my old Girls. I use PRIVI/PPU bullets they work for me. I do grade them but other than that they are fine.
I shoot them in .308. 7.62x39. 6.5x55. .303. 7.62x54R. The MAS36. etc etc. I don't shoot 1/2" groups but I'm happy with the results I get from my reloading bench. So at 200 yards what kind of group would you expect to get from your milsurps ammo.

I used to get Barnaud ammo from Pete Lawman, not sure if he's still in business?
