If you don't cast your own then Shellhouse bullet company makes cast .22 bullets as I'm sure Dodgyrog does too.

I experimented with a .223 25 yard load with Titegroup and 55gr bullets, worked well and is an official load on the Hodgdson reloading centre.

Well I now have lots of cases two sets of reloading dies and lots of primers. Any one any experience using Vitavouri N120 in the .222 I know the preferred powder is N133 but I don't have any and I have all ready spent this months shooting slush fund.

What bullet weight and what distance?

I use faster powders with cast in this calibre for velocities up to around 2000 fps, I like N340.

Start at 4 gns and work up to 7gn in .2 gn increments.

N320 works good too but don't go over 6gns.

These loads work in my BSA's and CZ's so cannot comment on their efficacy and safety in other guns.

Thanks Dromia - I hadn't thought of V340 in mine and I have lots of it.
Purveyor of fine cast boolits.

I just worked it out using condom bullets and the powder charge I used for to days shooting it cost me about £14.50 a hundred. Cast is not worth the effort I'm afraid.
