Bought some of the new Vortex flip caps from them. Very speedy service indeed.

Popped into their open day a few months back, very friendly and welcoming, good service and advice also.

In my opinion, true customer service is when something doesn't quite go right and the shop handles and resolves your problem. It's a positive comment from me, I had an issue with my MDT LSS-22 chassis (machining problem stopping the magazine fitting correctly and therefore the bolt could not feed another bullet from the magazine); Black Rifle were excellent in sorting a replacement. I would have no hesitation in recommending or purchasing anything from them.

Brilliant service delivering a stock system and very friendly when I popped into the shop to order some more bits, the shop is great. Excellent tea too.

Another happy bunny here! Excellent, fast service. Some suppliers skimp on shipping when it's free, but not them. Glad they use RM as couriers take days to deliver up here!
