Re: 1 to 6-10x scope recommendations

It is indeed a moderated de Lisle Carbine'esque rifle - and lovely it is too. Apart from a couple of issues - the red dot sight which sits far to high, and I'm just not gelling with. And someone at some point has fitted a non standard cheek piece which is cut for a left hander (and according to Armalon not one of theirs).

Personally I'd prefer not to go down the route of a red dot and a scope, for weight as well as aesthetics to be honest. It's already damn heavy and don't want to add 2 methods of sighting. I've heard good things about Vortex as well, and they do a 1-6x variant, but it's got a fixed parallax like most of the others of this type which does concern me. The only one I can find with an adjustable parallax is the March 1-10x but that's had mixed reviews and is eye wateringly expensive.

I'd not heard about the Cmore one, so will take a look at that.

I shoot the Vortex 1-6 Strike Eagle. Used mainly on the 300 Whisper @ 25m - 100m. Works very nicely.
