I reload 12 bore slug for about £16/100.
I use Fiocchi ready primed cases (about 6p each)
23 g of Vectan AS powder (about 7p)
Plastic wad (about 2p each)
Plastic covering disc over 1oz Lee slug (disc about 1p each, slug nothing). I find you need this disc with the Lee slug otherwise it rattles about in the case.
Judiscious buying should be able to reduce these costs a fair bit. I've heard of people buying the primed Fiocchi cases for 3-4p each for example
Then roll crimp. Talk to John at Folkestone Engineering Services (google for telephone no) about cases, wads and plastic discs and he also supplies roll crimp tools.
You don't need anything fancy except maybe a pillar drill to do the roll crimping. The cases are pretty buggered when you've shot them so I don't reload them.
My reloads shoot well through my Remy 1187, no stoppages.
