last variation from TVP they insisted my FAC was enclosed, the variation took 8 weeks, and that was before the disruption and the cyclical increase in demand (which has been going on as long as I have had an FAC) I checked with BASC and the advice was that TVP was correct and FAC's need to be submitted with variations.
