Contact your local branch of the British Deer Society. There are monthly course evening including both a basic and advanced re-loading course held at all the branches. This years speaker was Laurie Holland (he's just done south-west and south east Scotland). A great evening for only a fiver!
Non-members are always welcome.

Sorry to dig up this old thread - but why not approach LANTRA

I am a LANTRA Falconry assessor and AP (Admin Point)

Speak to them - tell them about your idea and come up the course between you.

They are very helpful

Mike

I have that approach 'in train' and also with BASC.

The courses are done and ready for delivery ... the real problem is in the marketing side IE finding out who has the need and where they are located / are they willing to travel.

The problem with reloading courses is, of course, potential litigation if something goes wrong.
I have done a few BASIC courses for new shooters but I do worry at what knowledge actually sticks and what they take away with them.
Reloading is a skill that takes time, care and practice and some people are simply not suited (I tell them that they are better off leaving it alone). Those that are likely to succeed usually take the effort to prepare themselves with books or DVDs.
I worry when I see some of the numpties at our Club trying to guide new members when their own skill level is so low.
If you are laying on a course you need clearly stated objectives and guidelines IMHO. You would probably benefit from doing a risk assessment, too.
