Sadly yes, I even once saw some police guarding the ferry to the Isle of man (I have relatives there and this was for a christening, not pistol shooting , will do that when I next go). It was TT also to be fair. They were short barrel one's, which probably makes the whole cluster even better .

Not often, but it might in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Goatloveristan
