Get some top guns mate, cheap, multiple lenses and they don't bother me with ear defenders :-)

The Gel Pads for MSA Sordin ear defenders claim to seal better when worn with glasses. I've only just switched to gel pads, so I'll found out if they really work on Saturday.

Another vote for the ESS Crossbow Suppressors

No problem with HL Impacts & very comfortable with the gel pad Sordins too!
