Just goes to show how shooting sports are demonised in this country.
There's six hundred thousand certificates being held (and even if every FAC owner had a SGC, that would mean half a million people with firearms) and yet people interested in firearms are treated as weirdos and dangers.

She's backing a loser in trying to educate the trolls in countryside management / conservation though.
Even if they could grasp the logistics it wouldn't change their views. Indeed I doubt if a large proportion are terribly interested in the animals' welfare. Shooting / hunting is considered 'posh' and these people are almost always deranged lefties with a class 'warrior' mentality. They live to hate and complain. If they gave that up they wouldn't have a life.

If only she'd left off the part about African hunting and that would've been decent PR
I could see the point is she said "hunting Africans"
Maybe that's how the hard of thinking have read it in "African hunting"??
Trolls are all the same: If they don't like it then it is wrong!
